Check out this double barreled shotgun.
This Fausto Coppi dedicated blast machine rules. We should invent a biathlon sport where you have a shot gun on your back while riding on the velodrome and you have to take target shots from your bike on the straights… every 5th lap…

No commentsDestroyed in 1980
Built for Vancouver’s Empire Games in 1954. This 250M velodrome near China Creek park must have ruled. This track is where Vancouver Community College now sits. Photo taken when tthe track was brand new in 1954. In 1980 when it was destroyed I was only 3 or 4 years old. Squeeze closed my eyes — time machine!
nope
Time machine!

Sebastian’s right:
Just because its cold and icey doesnt mean one shouldn’t ride.
You just need the proper set up, like this guys with the coffee cup fender and a few… gifts perhaps on you bars to take your grandmother.

Don’t you love sleeping? I used to be a total insomniac now i can’t get enough of the stuff. This past holiday time I’ve ate more treats and slept more than ever before; these factors combined with the ice and snow on the roads has taken a heavy toll on the general level of fitness of all Vancouverites.
Don’t some mandatory office callisthenic programs sound good right about now? I think I’m going to bust some sit ups and push ups right here in my office after i write this because office life is so slobesque; sit, phone, type, sit, phone, type —Bogus!… Maybe we should all do the same, join with me now in 3 sets of 25 each… ok?
That’s fucking fantastic! You deserve another lemon tart or some short bread cookies for that.
