It must have been wild way back in the early nineteen hundreds, watching track racing. The crowds would come out of the wood work to see their favorites go head to head. Back then the money must have been big for those athletes. Stands packed to capacity and professional athletes putting on the show. Bigger then baseball, or football, i try to picture it but i can’t. This 3 day held at the Burnaby velodrome was a sold event, with some good racing, but few spectators. Track racing is for only a few, and it has lost it’s sex appeal for spectators. It was good to see some Super Champion kits up on the boards, and SC would like to send a thanks to everyone who is riding with our team kit at the track. It shows are passion in cycling that we all share. ps. More kits are on the way! Merry X MAS…
