All of our friendly messenger guys and gals are heading off to the WORLDS in Toronto, in a few days to get wasted and ride bikes around. A nice sight to see, 76 racers i beleive! With a straight shot to the core, a 3 part manifesto to complete, and a bag of sand to truck up and down main st. a few times…satan was on our side, thank god, no one got to banged up, a few wheels got toasted, i saw a bloody finger, a few traffic violations were given for running red lights, and a lot of “I FUCKING HATE YOU GUYS” when the sand bags were given out. With a photo finish arch, a party across from the cop shop, a few kegs of beer and “NICKS WEINER SPRINTS”….it was good times. A huge thanks to Nadier from La Carrera, Jamison from Red Bull, and our people..Jeff,Hoops,Nick,Chunks,Vince,Paul,Ash..all the CHECK PIONTS & RACERS!!!!! Hope all of yall are coming out to race, it’s going to be an all out hammers race…pic and drop, fast fast! The site has been moved to a new server and will be getting up dated on a regular basis from now on. We hope all of you will be visiting us on the intra-wed more often. We are currently building more options to our site and are trying to put more energy into making it a proper source for general bike scum related items. Visiting the guys at La Carrera cycles today was unreal… two solid dues Nadir and Will showed me around and made me completely at home.

They were putting together personal bikes for Stash and Futura (Custom painted Colnagos), which are getting delivered to them in New York in the next couple of days. I was lucky enough to see these bikes in progress which are beautifully crafted, painted, and compiled with a tits selection of parts.

If you don’t know anything about La Carrera (I didn’t) they are a sweet little shop located on Harbord close to Spadina in the t.o. If you are ever in Toronto and don’t visit them, you will feel my wrath for sure.

I also checked out a bike/machine/frame building shop called Beasigal… guys Malcom and Tofu were in there doing their thing. Didn’t snap too many pictures but did spy a Pinarello pursuit bike. I definetely gooped myself over this thing!! So crazy…

Along with the new shop hours we’ve just recieved a big load of stuff from Euro Asia Imports. We’re loaded up with every colour of Champ grips, sewage green Phil Wood hubs, and one medium Bareknuckle frame!! The sun is shining, birds are chiping, get some sweet bike parts already!!!!! Our head merchandiser Nick ’sparkle’ Hart has been working his soft little hands to the bone making sure everything is priced and pretty, so you have no excuse not to buy shit. We’ll see you soon!!!

The MAYDAYS race is upon us!!! A three day event starting tomorrow at the Burnaby Velodrome, with racers coming from far and wide. Come out and show some support to the Burnaby Velodrome as well as the racers that will be giving it their all for the next 3 days. Music, beer garden, a few track events for us street dogs, such as track stand comp, foot down, and some races on the boards as well. The prizes are looking good! We also know a few friends that will be racing, so come out and heckle! See you this weekend..T

Im about to bike to work and i figured i would write a post that strikes a nerve. I deal with Telus and man i hate them. On another note, the May days are coming up this weekend and i am bringing a ton of stuff to give away for the (courier events)..aka fixxgay. What ever you want to call it, it’s going to be fun, beer garden the usual, making fun of out friends rolling around the track, dead tired! The events start this Friday and go through Sunday. Also SUPER CHAMPION, will be opening up on Sundays now for the summer. Although we seem to still be having winter weather, we will now be open 7 days a week. MON-FRI 11-6 SAT 11-6 SUN 12-5…..We also have a bunch of new wheel sets Nick, Chunks and i build up for grabs and they look pretty…SEE YOU AT THE TRACK…t

Thanks to Jer, for organizing the sprints on the weekend, no crashes and it was a long 250m for some of us. It was so nice to get together and race. Hoops and Louise need a rematch…..that was close…..nice job to Skylar who was fast in every heat, and took the cash in the end. When is the next sprint race? I saw lots of cameras, who has the good  flicker address?
